Anchovy Red Snapper
Place STOUT, gin, lemon juice, lime juice, anchovies in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 4x and set aside. Rim glass with Charcoal Seasoning and add ice. Pour cocktail mixture and garnish with gherkins and peppers. Enjoy!
